The first Regent in Indonesia has opened in Canggu, Bali, offering 150 keys and the world’s first Regent Spa.
Among the oceanside rooms and suites, families can opt for the spacious bedroom suites that sleep up to six, or the 618sqm penthouse featuring a private 30sqm beachfront infinity pool. Stone, teak and marble define the resort’s aesthetic, with lattice screens filtering natural light throughout the spaces.
Attention to detail underpins the experience, led by Regent Experience Agents – a dedicated point of contact assigned to each guest as their personal holiday curator to arrange offerings from surf lessons and helicopter transfers to tailored in-room preferences. The resort also offers the “no sand in your luggage” guarantee with a complimentary shoe cleaning service.
Six dining venues are available, offering Balinese, Asian and international fares. Fans of award-winning veteran chef Andrew Walsh will be familiar with Cure Bali – opening early 2026 – which is an extension of his Michelin-starred Singapore flagship. Walsh is also head chef over Sazón, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant.
In line with Bali’s wellness legacy, Regent Bali Canggu will also house the brand’s first Regent Spa – in collaboration with renowned spa and wellness consultant Raison d’Etre. Treatments are complimented by hydro-wellness facilities including a vitality pool, invigorating ice baths, saunas as well as a 24-hour gym and mat-based studio.
The Regent Spa & Wellness concept is expected to open in coming years at Regent Jeddah Corniche and Regent Kuala Lumpur.
