The sound of birds chirping and insects buzzing is already a familiar reality in Singapore. However, Rainforest Wild Asia, the latest addition to Mandai Wildlife Group's impressive portfolio, elevates this experience by combining the safety of a zoo with the immersive adventure of a real rainforest trek.
Set to open on 12 March 2025, Rainforest Wild Asia promises an immersive experience that showcases the rich biodiversity of Southeast Asia. Visitors can explore the park through wide elevated walkways or rugged ground-level trails, providing a glimpse into the vibrant life of a rainforest.

The park is divided into eight zones, each representing different layers of the rainforest, from the cavern to the canopy.
Entrance Gorge: Mimics the edge of a natural rainforest with emergent trees and houses freshwater species.
The Karsts: Features jagged limestone formations and is home to the agile Francois’ langurs.
Forest Floor: Recreates the nutrient-dense environment of the rainforest, with species like hog deer and lesser mousedeer.
The Outpost: A rest stop with Rangers Cafe and a camping ground for 20 dome tents.
Rock Cascade: Includes an elevated walkway to watch Malayan tigers and other species in diverse vegetation landscapes.
The Canopy: Offers a glimpse of life at the tree tops with primates like the Javan langur and red-shanked douc langur.
Watering Hole: The largest zone, showcasing the vital role of water in the ecosystem with species like the Malayan tapir.
The Cavern: Inspired by the Mulu Caves, this 220m cavern features species such as the Malayan cave racer.
For thrill-seekers, Rainforest Wild Asia offers activities like the Canopy Jump (a simulated free fall from a 13m or 20m platform), Critter Crawl (a 60m dark cave tunnel exploration), and guided adventure tours such as the Wild Apex Adventure (aerial adventure) and Wild Cavern Adventure (abseiling in dark caves).

In addition to the wildlife experiences, Rainforest Wild Asia features Singapore's first and only restaurant in a cave setting. The Cavern Restaurant, inspired by the Mulu Caves of Sarawak, offers a unique dining experience under crystalline lights reminiscent of natural cave droplets.
