Trafalgar is giving travel advisors a new river story to tell – and rewarding them for doing so.
Just months after the land touring specialist entered the river cruise market with the launch of the Trafalgar Verity on the Rhine river and Trafalgar Reverie on the Danube river, Trafalgar has unveiled its first major river cruise campaign, "Sail A Great Story".
Running until September, the multichannel campaign shifts the focus onto the authentic local experiences that define river cruising.
Trafalgar said the campaign comes amid strong first-year demand for Trafalgar's river cruises, with the fleet set to expand further in 2027 with Trafalgar Dreamer, which will sail the Seine through France.
For global travel advisors, the campaign also brings an incentive to convert interest into bookings.
Until 31 July, advisors who make eligible new Trafalgar river cruise bookings can earn a US$150 gift voucher per qualifying passenger, with no cap on earnings. Bookings must be deposited and submitted with the promotional code TR26EARN.
Advisors may also access campaign videos and marketing assets to help clients to discover Europe's waterways through Trafalgar's newest cruise collection.
