It’s not just the hotel industry that has been stricken with football
fever in Qatar, even a cruise line is jumping onboard to score some
World Cup visitors.

Cruises is working in collaboration with Qatar’s Supreme Committee for
Delivery & Legacy to deploy the MSC Opera to Doha where it will
transform into a floating hotel for visitors.
The ship will be berthed in the port from November 19 to December 19,
joining MSC World Europa and MSC Poesia during that period.
Bookings are already open on MSC Cruises’ website and via the cruise
line’s preferred travel agents, with a minimum requirement of a
two-night stay.
The MSC Opera offers a variety of lounges and entertainment venues.
These include the La Cabala Piano Lounge, the Teatro dell ‘Opera theatre
for evening entertainment, a range of restaurants, a spa, gym, swimming
pools and hot tubs located throughout the ship’s nine decks.
