The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has suspended the travel agent licence of Vacanza Global Travels Pte. Ltd. (TA03314) with effect from 13 June 2026, following the company's failure to meet the minimum financial requirements required of licensed travel agents.

Under Singapore's Travel Agents Regulations 2017, travel agents holding a general licence must maintain a net value of at least S$100,000 at all times. STB said Vacanza Global Travels had fallen below this threshold, resulting in the suspension under the Travel Agents Act 1975.

The suspension will remain in effect until Vacanza Global Travels submits proof that it has a net value of at least $100,000, or for up to six months, whichever is earlier.

During the suspension period, Vacanza Global Travels will be required to fulfil its existing obligations to its customers but will not be allowed to accept new travel bookings.

STB added that if the company fails to meet the minimum financial requirements before the suspension period expires, its travel agent licence may be revoked.

Any travel agent found accepting new bookings while under suspension may face further enforcement action, STB warned.
