SoulTrips, a mindful travel-focused travel outfit based in Singapore, has rolled out its 2026 ‘Whycation’ Collection, targeting travellers wanting to tick off bucket-list experiences.

In partnership with Europamundo Vacations, which is part of the JTB Group, tapping the former’s portfolio of over 2,000 tours across 80 countries, the plan is to offer trips that combine pause, play, and passion-driven itineraries.

These could be catching the world-famous 2026 cherry blossom season, riding the new ComfortJet train from Prague to Copenhagen, catching the FIFA World Cup in Mexico City, or camping for the rare sunset eclipse in Spain which happens sometime August this year.

Apart from guaranteeing a departure even with just two passengers (goodbye, sudden cancellations), a 'Flex-Scape' system allows travellers to select a tour wherever and whenever they like, so they can opt to join for a single sector or the full tour.

All tours also come with accompanying guides, fluent in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Bahasa.

All Europamundo tours include accompanying guides throughout the journey, regardless of the number of passengers. English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Bahasa-speaking guides are available to cater to the Asian clientele.

For 2026, Europamundo Vacations has also launched ‘Go English!’ tours, an exclusive selection which the group says “responds to a clear demand in the market,” notes Berend L. Christian, director of corporate planning at Europamundo Vacations.

With demand for purpose-driven trips already rising, Joni Herison, managing director, SoulTrips recommends booking fast or risk paying higher rates, adding that room rates in key cities have already risen 30% on average.

“A ‘Whycation’ is about knowing why you travel – and why you need to plan ahead. Sports fans and stargazers are booking early to catch the 2026 FIFA World Cup and Europe’s rare solar eclipse, both bucket list experiences.

“Booking early is no longer just smart planning; it’s how you keep these experiences within reach.”
