The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has appointed four new deputy governors, tasked to lead key strategic areas in support of 2026 tourism goals.
“This new leadership structure will strengthen TAT’s ability to deliver on the ‘New Thailand Vision 2026’, ensuring that our tourism growth is innovative, inclusive, and sustainable,” said Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool.
The new directors are Chiravadee Khunsub, the new deputy governor for international marketing – Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. She moves from her previous deputy governor role covering tourism products and business.
Chuwit Sirivajjakul takes on policy and planning, following his previous role as executive director for the East Asia region.
Akkarawit Taphasit now leads administration, having previously served as executive director for the tourism investment promotion department.
Nat Kruthasoot oversees the tourism products and business portfolio, moving from his earlier role as executive director of the events department.
They join the current leadership team of Pattaraanong Na Chiangmai, deputy governor for international marketing – Asia and the South Pacific; Kittipong Prapattong, deputy governor for digitalisation, research and development; Nithee Seeprae, deputy governor for marketing communications; and Apichai Chatchalermkit, deputy governor for the domestic market.
