Conrad Kuala Lumpur has announced Paola Caciolli as its GM ahead of its scheduled opening in the fourth quarter of 2026.
When open, the first Conrad Hotels & Resorts property in Malaysia will be positioned as the brand’s Southeast Asian flagship.
Caciolli brings more than 26 years of hospitality experience across Asia and Europe, with expertise spanning hotel openings, operations, commercial strategy and luxury guest experience.
She has held senior leadership roles across Hilton’s luxury portfolio, including at Waldorf Astoria properties in Beijing and Rome.
Most recently, Caciolli has been leading the pre-opening preparations for Conrad Kuala Lumpur since 2021, overseeing operational planning, brand positioning, guest experience strategy and other areas ahead of the hotel’s launch.
