Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group (MOHG) appoints Torsten van Dullemen as GM of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. He will continue in his current capacity as Area Vice President, Operations for MOHG’s hotels in Munich and Prague, in addition to upcoming projects in Mayfair, London and Luzern.
Van Dullemen was previously the GM of Mandarin Oriental, Washington DC and Area Vice President, Operations for the Group's Northeast US operations. He is a seasoned veteran with the group, having also held key management roles in Hong Kong, Manila, Chiang Mai and Bangkok. He was also with Oberoi in India.
Van Dullemen’s international exposure includes a strong track record in London, where he first began his career as a management trainee and later as food and beverage manager at the previously named Hyde Park Hotel. He later rejoined as hotel manager after the property was rebranded Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
