Momentus Hospitality, part of SingHaiyi Group's hospitality division, has named Chow Keng Hai as its new general manager. Chow brings over 35 years of extensive leadership experience in operations and management roles with major hospitality brands.

In his new position, Chow will oversee operational leadership across Momentus Hospitality's portfolio of properties. His primary responsibilities include planning, developing and maintaining a guest-centric hospitality experience. He will also mentor and lead the property managers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement to drive growth and enhance overall performance.

Angeline Tan, vice president at SingHaiyi Hospitality and senior vice president at Momentus Hospitality, stated: "We are delighted to welcome Chow Keng Hai to our team. Chow has held crucial roles in openings, rebranding and revenue management at esteemed companies like Raffles International, Swissôtel, Pan Pacific, Starwood Hotels, Resorts World Sentosa and Far East Hospitality.

Beyond operations, Chow has mentored future hospitality professionals as an associate trainer at NTUC LearningHub and Adjunct Lecturer at SHATEC. His expertise spans commercial and operations aspects of the industry combined with strengths in people management.
