Park Hotel Group opens first hotel in South Korea

Park Hotel Group has made its debut in South Korea with the opening of Park Hotel Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, a new-build which it manages and is owned by Seoul-based K2 Group.

Located in Yeongdeungpo district, the hotel is a 10-minute drive away from Yeouido financial hub and right next to train stop, Seonyudo Station. It is also in close proximity to attractions including IFC Shopping Mall, National Assembly Building and 63 Square, one of Korea’s tallest skyscrapers which features an art gallery, aquarium, performance hall and wax museum. 

To attract corporate and leisure travellers, the 140-room property offers five categories, which include family studios that come with two bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Guests can tuck in to three distinct food and beverage selections: K+reole, the all-day dining buffet restaurant serving a spread of Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Italian cuisine; Isle 360°, a Korean-styled gastro bar with indoor and al fresco seating; and famous Japanese chain café, Mon ChouChou, featuring its popular Dojima roll cakes and Royal Tea.

Other amenities include a 24-hour fitness room, a business centre, a meeting room and a banquet hall.
