The agreement, which was signed with Southsea Group, will see PHG open Park Hotel Khao Lak Beach Resort Phang Nga in Khao Lak, Thailand in the first half of next year. In addition, Park Hotel Nusa Dua Bali is slated to commence its operations in the first quarter of 2015.
Park Hotel Group will open their doors in Thailand and Indonesia next year.
The hospitality group announced its move to further strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia in a press conference at ITB Asia yesterday. Its chief executive officer Allen Law said that the two resorts would be a good way to test the waters where PHG have yet ventured.

“It had taken us about nine months to deliberate about the Bali project, while discussions for the project for Thailand had gone on for about three months or so, “ he added, “Now, both properties will be undergoing minor touch-ups to ensure that it meets Park Hotel standards.”
