Slated to open in mid-2017, OUE Downtown is an integrated mixed-use development in the financial corridor between Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar, comprising serviced residences, retail and premium office spaces.

Oakwood Asia Pacific will manage the new Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, located at OUE Downtown.

Slated to open in mid-2017, OUE Downtown is an integrated mixed-use development in the financial corridor between Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar, comprising serviced residences, retail and premium office spaces. 

Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore has 268 serviced residences whose facilities will include private dining, swimming pool, fitness centre, daily housekeeping, and concierge services. 

Within the complex are retail options for groceries and shopping,

Dean Schreiber, managing director of Oakwood Asia Pacific, said, “Our accelerated pace of development saw us adding 26% to the existing portfolio of Oakwood Asia Pacific in 2016, and we expect to continue this blistering pace over the next few years.”
