Minor Hotels is shaking up its brand line-up with the launch of four new hotel brands, aimed at capturing fresh opportunities across the luxury, premium, and select segments. This move supports the group’s global growth plans and evolving guest expectations.

The new arrivals are:

  1. The Wolseley Hotels: A luxury brand inspired by the famed Piccadilly restaurant, combining refined British design with European elegance.

  2. Minor Reserve Collection: A luxury soft brand spotlighting distinctive stays and exceptional experiences.

  3. Colbert Collection: A premium soft brand built around gastronomy and meaningful social moments.

  4. iStay Hotels: A select-service brand offering affordable, tech-enabled comfort for the modern traveller on the go.

These additions build on Minor’s existing stable of brands including Anantara, NH Collection, Tivoli, and Avani, and signal a deeper push into the fast-growing soft brand space.

“We have meticulously crafted each new brand to capture specific opportunities in the market, enabling us to meet the evolving needs of modern travellers and owners alike,” said Ian Di Tullio, chief commercial officer of Minor Hotels.

By expanding our brand offering to address new segments, we are empowering our partners, delighting our guests, and accelerating our global growth strategy. These additional brands are instrumental in helping us reach our growth target of 850 properties by the end of 2027.”

The news comes hot on the heels of the group’s new masterbrand reveal in March 2025. Property announcements under the new brands are expected soon as Minor Hotels explores development opportunities around the world.
