Hilton’s contemporary luxury brand – Conrad Hotels & Resorts – is expanding its Singaporean presence with the full opening of Conrad Singapore Orchard in Q1 2024.

Jointly owned by Pontiac Land Group and Kajima Development, the new property, which joins existing Conrad Centennial Singapore, is a rebrand of Regent Singapore.

It will open in two phases. The hotel’s meeting spaces and its 10 restaurants and bars, including Manhattan, Basilico and Summer Palace, would open to guests starting 1 January 2023. Following extensive room refurbishments, the hotel is scheduled to open fully in the first quarter of 2024, bringing “new levels of sophisticated, modern luxury” to Singapore’s famed Orchard Road, which is just steps away.

According to Guy Phillips, senior vice president, development, Asia and Australasia, Hilton, Singapore is a priority market for the hospitality group and are thrilled to expand its Conrad brand there.

Both Pontiac and Hilton have more than two decades of partnership via Conrad Centennial and now with Conrad Singapore.

David Tsang, CEO of Pontiac Land Group, is confident that the hotel’s distinct dining concepts, refreshed design aesthetics and world-class service will be further elevated through the Conrad brand.

The hotel would feature 440 spacious guest rooms, starting from 36 square metres, a fitness centre and 1,600sqm of event spaces.

Nils-Arne Schroeder, vice president, luxury, Asia Pacific, Hilton said when the hotel opens after refurbishment, guests would be offered “discreet yet sophisticated luxury”, personalised level of service and travel experiences.
Conrad Singapore Orchard will be part of Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest-loyalty program for Hilton’s 18 distinct hotel brands.

Members who book directly on the hotel’s website have access to benefits, including a flexible payment slider allowing them to choose nearly any combination of points and money to book a stay, an exclusive member discount, free standard Wi-Fi and the Hilton Honors app.
