Highlights include the A4 Miyazaki wagyu beef tenderloin steak at TEPPAN by Chef Yonemura; roasted stuffed quail with grape, edamame puree and red curry sauce at Tangerine by chef Ian Kittchai; and homemade casoncelli with Taleggio cheese filling, corn cream and mushroom at Fratelli Trattoria.

Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is offering a wide array of food and beverage and entertainment options that will dazzle and delight family and friends this holiday season.

Tuck into a heartwarming feast at RWS’s repertoire of acclaimed celebrity chef restaurants. Special Christmas and New Year menus cater to every taste and craving, whether it is Japanese, Italian, European or Asian.

As an added bonus to celebrate Christmas with the family at RWS, kids dine free with a full-paying adult on weekdays throughout December at Sessions, Tangerine, Forest, Fratelli Pizzeria, and Osia Steak and Seafood Grill. RWS Invites members also enjoy 20% off on top of additional rebates with orders of festive dinner set menus at participating restaurants until Dec 23.

Award-winning Dutch chef Richard van Oostenbrugge of Restaurant 212 in Amsterdam will grace RWS with his establishment table65. It is a ‘no-pretence’ dining experience without all the fine dining formalities, where guests can enjoy progressive European cuisine in a ‘fine-casual’ environment sitting around the open kitchen chef’s table. Expect plenty of free-flowing and spontaneous interaction with the culinary team during your meal – a surreal dining experience that is highly reminiscent of a scene from the Netflix series Chef’s Table.

Have a round of pre-dinner drinks, or simply end the night on a high note, at RWS’s The Rock Bar with its new menu of festive cocktails. A worthy addition on the list is Hokkaido Farm, which combines a strong-jawed bourbon with Chartreuse Verte, vanilla ice cream and matcha green tea.

For those looking to celebrate at home, RWS also offers a variety of cakes and roasts including the Christmas Premium Plum Cake that contains dried fruits soaked and preserved in XO and apricot brandy, the RWS Celebrity Festive Mini Log Cakes handcrafted by chef Kenny Kong, as well as beetroot cured salmon and poached salmon ballantine.

After dinner, go on a magical adventure with RWS’s latest Mandarin musical production Musical TARU – a localised adaptation of South Korea’s box-office hit. It tells the tale of three young protagonists who go on a mission in search of TARU, the stolen fossil of a baby T-Rex, together with historical characters that come alive at a museum. The show’s star-studded cast features Taiwanese singer Freya Lim and local celebrities Wong Jinglun and Ling Xiao.

Musical TARU runs till Jan 13, 2019.

RWS’s other attractions – Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A Aquarium and Adventure Cove – will also hold special Christmas-themed performances and installations for the month of December.
