TWG Tea has opened the doors of its largest global flagship at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, combining retail, a museum and takeaway refreshments as it expands its presence in the travel market.

The 250 sqm TWG Tea Gallery operates 24 hours in Terminal 3's Departure/Transit Lounge North. It houses the brand’s first TWG Tea Museum, alongside airport-exclusive products and a new takeaway tea-infused ice cream and sorbet offering.

The museum displays more than 170 antique tea wares and decorative objects, alongside over 50 antique Russian samovars, assembled by the brand over 15 years. Highlights include Chinese Yixing clay teapots, European porcelain and pieces from Russian workshops.

A hand-painted ceiling depicting a world tea map extends the gallery’s heritage theme, while a wall displaying more than 1,200 tea tins anchors the retail space.

The boutique offers more than 1,000 single-estate teas and exclusive blends, together with travel gifts, tea accessories and tea-infused confectionery.

Products created for the location include Grand Voyage Tea, available packaged or freshly prepared, and the Singapore Surprise Gift Set. The takeaway counter also serves locally inspired creations such as Pandan Gula Melaka & Coconut Tea Ice Cream and Soursop & Temi FTGFOP1 Sorbet.

“The TWG Tea Gallery represents the most definitive expression of TWG Tea to date,” said Taha Bouqdib, president and chief executive of V3 Gourmet and co-founder of TWG Tea. “More than a Tea Boutique, the flagship brings the past, present and future of tea into one immersive experience.”
