Air France is set to roll out an updated version of its first class seats, called the La Première cabin, starting in spring 2025. The new suites, located on select Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, offer more space – each suite spans nearly 3.5 square metres, providing 25% more room than the current layout.

The suite includes a seat and chaise longue that can be transformed into a two-metre-long flat bed. Each suite also features five windows, a unique design element for Air France, and is enclosed by a full-height curtain for added privacy.

Passengers will have access to two 32-inch 4K screens, noise-cancelling headphones, and various charging ports, including wireless charging. The suite’s settings, such as the seat position and lighting, can be adjusted through a touchscreen tablet.

The design of the suite focuses on comfort, with materials like full-grain leather and plush wool. The colour scheme includes shades of grey with subtle red and metallic accents. Storage space is also integrated, with compartments for personal items and a wardrobe.

The La Première cabin will first be available on flights to New York-JFK, with other routes, including Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Singapore, expected to follow by summer 2025.
