Indonesia has launched the All Indonesia app to simplify the arrival process for international tourists entering the country,
The app integrates immigration, customs, health and quarantine services into one application which the government says, “provides a more efficient, faster, and more convenient travel experience for tourists”.
However, international visitors will need to be aware that the All Indonesia application is different from the Indonesia eVisa website, where tourist can arrange their 30-day eVisa on Arrival.
It is also not possible to make the Bali Tourism Tax Levy payment on the All Indonesia app. Instead, tourists must visit the LoveBali app or website to complete this part of the pre-travel checklist.
From 1 October, travellers entering Indonesia through all airports and seaports are required to submit the All Indonesia digital declaration up to three days before arrival.
The app is available online at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the mobile app on Google Play and the App Store.
The process is mandatory for all arrivals, both Indonesian citizens and foreigners. Without the application, travellers will undergo manual checks at immigration counters.
