Although the Cornish town of Falmouth, England, is very pretty, it's one of the least touristy in the area. The only real attractions are Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII to guard the harbor, and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. The harbor is Europe's deepest and still the focal point of the town. The art college and a long history of Cornish painting give the town a creative air.
