As a hotel loyalty programme that cares about rewarding its guests, Best Western Rewards offers members advantages they never imagined. “We’re proud to bring the benefits of Best Western Rewards to more members in Asia,” says Olivier Berrivin, vice president, international operations, Asia-Pacific of BWH Hotel Group. “Best Western Hotels & Resorts cares about rewarding our guests for their stays anywhere in the world.”
Not only does Best Western Rewards provide unrivalled benefits to over 51 million members around the globe – a number that is growing every day – members in Asia will be privy to a special members-only promotion that is exclusive to hotels in the region.
Open up to a world of wonderful benefits
A world of wonderful benefits awaits travellers when they sign up with Best Western Rewards hotel loyalty programme.
There are many places worldwide to earn and redeem reward points. Guests currently enjoy Best Western Rewards in nearly 4,500 Best Western, WorldHotels Collection and SureStay Hotel Group hotels over 100 countries across the world. In Asia alone, members can earn and redeem Best Western Rewards in an ever-growing number of hotels in countries including Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Japan, Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and many more.
Precious points that never expire
Attaining status as a Best Western Rewards member has never been easier. It’s free to join Best Western Rewards, and members can accrue points at their own pace. Once enrolled, members are entitled to benefits such as never-expiring points, so they never have to worry about losing the points earned. All members also have added perks including early check-in and late check-out when rooms are available. Plus, there are no blackout dates for Best Western Rewards so members can book free hotel nights 365 days of the year, for themselves or for someone else.
It gets better the higher you go

The advantages get even better with each successive Best Western Rewards tier. Gold tier members and above have access to special rates reserved just for them, not to mention the perk of receiving free drinks on check-in. Best of all, there are bonus points: the higher the tier, the more points members accrue, ranging from a 10% bonus for Gold to a whopping 50% bonus for Diamond Select tier members.
If that isn’t enough, in 2022 the number of nights and the number of stays needed to rise from Blue to Gold to Platinum to Diamond to the ultimate Diamond Select level have been slashed by half. For example, it now takes just five nights (instead of 10) or three stays (instead of seven) to rise from Blue to Gold or Gold to Platinum status, synonymous with earning more bonus points that increase with every tier.
There’s no catch to status match
Best Western Rewards has another surprise for guests who already have elite status with other hotel chains or even with online travel agents and booking sites. The programme offers generous status matches, level for level, no questions asked. With Status Match… No Catch, there is no need for members to start at the bottom and work their way up to gain elite status and all the benefits that come with each tier. New members of Best Western Rewards will immediately enjoy the same level of recognition they have always been accustomed to.

Unlock rewards beyond stays
With Best Western Rewards, members can trade points for travel cards that can be used just like cash for hotel products and services. With Pay with Points, members can even pay for part of their stay with as little as 5,000 points, but members can use Best Western Rewards points for more than just hotel stays.
Outside of the hotels, Best Western Rewards can also be converted into shopping cards that can be redeemed with Asia’s leading retailers, including Starbucks, Tops Supermarket, H&M, Robinson Department Store in Thailand and Air Nippon Airways, Apple App Store and iTunes, Amazon and River Island in Japan. (This is list subject to change.)
Beyond hotel stays in properties such as Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Chitose, Best Western Rewards points can be converted into shopping cards and redeemed for purchases on Air Nippon Airways, Apple App Store and iTunes, Amazon and River Island in Japan.
Superb Asian value
Best Western Rewards members travelling in Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Japan, Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam between 12 September and 21 November 2022 will get an unprecedented bonus. This generous offer is the first time ever that Best Western Rewards members will receive three times more points on eligible stays under the banner of the “Triple Treat” campaign.
What’s even better? There is no limit on the number of stays.
