Rail Europe has rolled out a new incentive for agencies selling Switzerland: extra travel days in first class with the Swiss Travel Pass.

Until 30 November, agents can book clients onto a limited offer that makes trips more flexible and comfortable: buy a 4-day pass and get a 5th day free, or choose an 8-day pass and get 10 days in total.

The promotion is valid for travel from October 2025 through March 2026 – as Switzerland transitions from autumn colours and winter landscapes to the bloom of early spring.

The Swiss Travel Pass offers one ticket that covers trains, buses and boats, panoramic routes, more than 500 museums and free travel for children under 16 with the Swiss Family Card.

“For the trade, it’s a clear upselling opportunity: a premium product with extra days included, meeting the demand for flexible, sustainable rail journeys,” Rail Europe said in a statement.
