Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC) has named Jacqueline Tan as its new CEO, effective from 1 May 2023.
With close to 30 years of experience in the tourism and digital media
industry, Jacqueline brings with her a wealth of knowledge and
experience to the role.
In her previous role as the assistant CEO of Sentosa Development
Corporation since August 2016, Tan had a chance to work with the
regulatory environment of the tourism industry. Prior to that, she spent
more than 14 years at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where
she specialised in the infocomms and media industry.
She has also held leadership roles in Lucasfilm Singapore and Economic Development Innovations Singapore.
Tan will be succeeding Lee Seng Chee, who had served as SCC's CEO for
the past two years. During his tenure, Lee played a pivotal role in
sustaining the company during the pandemic and providing guidance in the
recovery of the business post Covid. On 30 April 2023, Lee will
relinquish his role as SCC CEO and return to the Mapletree Group.
