Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has opened the Hong Kong
edition of his London dining establishment, Bread Street
Kitchen & Bar.
The man, whose fame was built on his role as the
foul-mouthed critic in Kitchen Nightmares, has set
up shop in a warehouse-style Wyndham Street venue in the
heart of Lan Kwai Fong.
"We're drawn to Hong Kong, as the first place in the
region to open, as it has a vibrant and welcoming dining
scene with lots of food lovers and explorers looking for
new food and drink experiences," Ramsay said.
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar will be under the
watchful eye of head chef, Gilles Bosquet, who has worked
with the Gordon Ramsay Group, both in London and the Middle
East.
According to a media release, the menu will showcase
British favourites which have been "reinvented by the
multi-Michelin starred chef at the brand's London
flagship".
Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is launched in
partnership with Hong Kong restaurant group Dining
Concepts
