Universal Studios Singapore is hosting "A Mega Despicable Summer"
event from 1 July to 11 August 2024 in line with the release of
Illumination's "Despicable Me 4" on 4 July 2024.
The theme park will feature new Minion-themed attractions, including
giant inflatable Mega Minions on New York Street. These inflatables
represent characters with unique superpowers: Mega Mel with laser
blasting, Mega Dave with super strength, Mega Gus with flying abilities,
and Mega Jerry, who is indestructible.
A new Minions flash mob called "Minionvasion" will take place on New
York Street, followed by meet-and-greet opportunities. Additionally, a
new show titled "Mission: MEGA" will debut, featuring Kevin, Stuart, and
new Mega human characters.
The park will also introduce themed merchandise and food items at
various outlets. A new store called UNIVRS will open, offering exclusive
Universal-inspired merchandise including apparel and accessories.
The event is included with regular admission to Universal Studios
Singapore, with tickets starting at S$74 for adults and S$59 for
children. From 10 July, tickets will include a S$5 meal voucher and a
S$5 retail voucher.

limited-time experience for clients visiting Singapore during the summer
of 2024.
