Changi Airport has introduced the Fit&Fun Zone, a new wellness space designed to combat travel fatigue and revitalise travellers before their next flight. Located at Terminal 2 (Transit) Level 3, just above Dreamscape, the attraction blends fitness with entertainment, offering a unique experience for passengers of all ages.
The Fit&Fun Zone is part of the ongoing expansion of Changi Airport's Terminal 2, which was completed in November 2023. This new wellness space is accessible to all passengers and is open throughout the day, offering travellers an opportunity to relax, recharge and have fun before continuing their journeys.
Spanning over 400sqm, the Fit&Fun Zone features five distinct coloured zones, each providing travellers with different activities to help them relax, rejuvenate or have fun. The space is open to all travellers, offering an interactive and invigorating break from the usual airport environment.
The five zones are:
Green Zone: Designed for relaxation, this area offers six pendulum chairs suspended above Dreamscape. The tranquil setting provides a peaceful respite for travellers seeking a moment of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport.
Orange Zone: This area features the Spar Pods, soft punching bags suspended by thin ropes, allowing travellers to release energy. The zone also includes 3D petal structures on the walls that can be jabbed, providing a playful way to de-stress.
Pink Zone: For those looking to build strength, the Pink Zone includes four pull-down levers connected to weights ranging from two to eight kilograms. Each lever is linked to a light ball that changes colour during exercise, adding a visual element to the workout.
Yellow Zone: Featuring five trampoline pods equipped with sensors that play music when stepped on, this area offers a fun cardio workout. Travellers can bounce, dance and enjoy the lively atmosphere while moving to the tunes.
Blue Zone: For travellers seeking a bit of adventure, the Blue Zone offers a nature-inspired rope maze. The goal is to navigate the maze without touching the ropes, providing a fun challenge for those looking to engage both their body and mind.
