Garuda eyes India-Bali connection
Garuda Indonesia plans to complement its just-launched service from Jakarta to Mumbai by adding a new route to Bali.

The airline is also in talks with India's Jet Airways to expand their code-share agreement.

Before launching Mumbai flights, Indian passengers had to use Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore as a transit to reach Indonesia.

The airline currently operates flights three times a week to Mumbai but has flagged additional frequencies.
