Location and History

Located near Lumen Field and the main shopping district, this was Seattle's first boutique-hotel. It was built in 1901 and has hosted everyone from the city's growing number of tech bros to the Sultan of Brunei who rented out nearly half the hotel for almost a month several decades ago.

Pike Place Market is within walking distance. Part of the Sonesta portfolio, the hotel used to be named the Kimpton Alexis Hotel.
