This has long been a favorite of the corporate traveler. It has consistently won awards as the best meeting hotel in town.

Located two blocks from the Swan River along Adelaide Terrace, on the far eastern edge of Perth's central business district and shopping precinct, it is about a 20-minute drive from the city's international and domestic airports.

The hotel's beige, brown and glass exterior is classic 1980s Hyatt—masculine and a tad dated.
