Location and History

Located 2 miles east of the beach on Del Monte Golf Course, just off Highway 1, this may lack the bayside locations of the Portola, Monterey Plaza and the more intimate InterContinental Hotel, but it remains a top contender for commercial travelers and leisure folk who prefer a resort-like setting.

This is perhaps the best of the big boys, with a great staff, updated guest rooms and a dining room that lures locals.
