Location and History

Within the gated Sea Pines community, on the southernmost tip of the island, sharing 5,500 acres and 4 miles of beach with residents, this well-oiled residential-style resort is holding up well. An infusion of insurance money following Hurricane Matthew (2016) polished up a few fixtures, and the club house, pool and gym have seen improvements. Still, the resort retains its 60-room inventory, qualifying it for boutique status.
