This hotel is about a half-mile from the Blue Lagoon (10 minutes on foot), Iceland's best-known attraction. It's situated in a very quiet spot surrounded by a lava field, off the beaten path and most easily found in the daytime. It is close to the Keflavik Airport, and about a half-hour drive from Reykjavik.
