The InterContinental Mae Ping (once known as the Imperial) is one of the longer established hotels in Chiang Mai, located in proximity (10 minutes' walk) to the ever-popular Night Bazaar but just far enough away to provide a little peace and quiet. IHG's arrival to the city breathed fresh air into the aging property, and the elegant, yet tropical, redesign here makes the resort look brand new.
