Location and History

This romantic hideaway enjoys a seductive seaside location in an otherwise dull suburb 8 kilometers west of Albufeira. The ride from Faro takes about an hour, but is nonetheless entertaining.

Built by descendants of the famed psychologist Carl Jung around a Moroccan magnate's former villa, the property is still owned by the Jung family, and it's named after his daughter, Joy.
