StarCruises is bringing back Malaysia celebrity Datuk Chef Wan onboard Star Voyager, following an “overwhelming response” from the holiday season sailing earlier in January.

Chef Wan – who’s also Tourism Malaysia’s culinary ambassador – will again join on a special three-night cruise from Port Klang. The itinerary will reach Phuket and Penang, sailing from 22–25 May 2026.

In partnership with Malaysian restaurant group De.Wan 1958, guests can expect live cooking demonstrations, as well as an exclusive menu curated for the final night at The Lido. Alongside Malaysian favourites, selections will encompass Chef Wan’s signature creations – and a chance to meet the chef himself.

A dedicated Halal dining section will also be available at The Lido on all Port Klang and Singapore departures.

“His return during the school holidays makes this sailing even more special for families looking for great food, fun and quality time together at sea,” said Michael Goh, president, StarDream Cruises.

Beyond this special sailing with Chef Wan, travellers booking for the school holiday season can also explore a string of short- to mid-length itineraries, including new island destinations across Asia Pacific.
