StarCruises is enhancing Star Voyager itineraries from Hong Kong and Singapore with new destinations in Taiwan and Malaysia.

From Hong Kong, Star Voyager departs 12 and 19 April and 10 May for three-night roundtrip cruises between Kaohsiung and Penghu.

The limited sailings to Taiwan’s Penghu offer an exclusive experience, as the island rarely appears in standard itineraries due to restricted cruise access. These sailings replace previous three-night Sanya cruises.

Passengers will first stop at Kaohsiung in the early afternoon, before departing the city at 10.30pm towards Penghu for a day of crystal waters, basalt cliffs and unspoiled beaches.

Separately, the existing two-night Xiamen cruise will feature extended time in the southeastern Fujian province of China, so passengers depart 5pm on Wednesdays and arrive back in Hong Kong on Friday at 2.30pm.

Star Voyager will next get ready for Singapore’s May and June school holiday season with enhanced itineraries as well.

Families can pick from the new two-night Pangkor cruise to Malaysia departing 31 May and 21 June, and the three-night Penang cruise departing 2 and 23 June.

These two additions build on the season’s existing two-night Tioman journeys, and five-night Vietnam sailings to Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City departing 7 and 14 June.
