The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) believes it has got its rivals licked with a unique promotion Down Under.
In a first for Australia, STB is giving away 100 stamp packs to travel agents and PCOs that include three SingapoReimagine destination stamps.
The three destinations featured on the stamps are Fort Canning Park, Haji Lane and Gardens by the Bay.
Travel agents are being encouraged to mail out letters and cards to their clients, enticing them to visit Singapore when the time is right.
In a message to agents, STB says, “The pandemic has set things back and changed the travel landscape tremendously, but we are confident that the tide will turn.
“In the meantime, we wanted to bring a little light along the way, with the creation of three exclusive Singapore Destination Stamp designs that we hope will inspire both sender and recipient to reimagine travel for when the borders open again in the not-so-distant future.”
The promotion is being run by way of a competition.
Travel agents who receive the stamp packs will be chosen from those who respond to a question: “What is your favourite Singapore experience that you hope to rediscover- and why?”
