The first-ever CruiseWorld India is assembling the top minds and experts in the cruise industry to bring the latest updates and actionable insights to the travel agent community in India.

At CruiseWorld India 2021, which is taking place virtually on 6 April from 1130hrs - 1330hrs (IST), travel agents in India can expect to get first-hand insights on the latest trends and consumer preferences in the market, and discover what makes Singapore exceptional as a fly-cruise destination.

With a stellar speaker line-up comprising industry heavyweights and an engaging programme including destination updates from Singapore, a coffee chat as well a panel discussion, travel agents can look forward to unlocking the growth opportunities post-Covid.

Representing the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) are G B Srithar, regional director India, Middle East & South Asia and Raymond Lim, Delhi-based area director (India), who will be sharing the latest destination updates and various schemes available for travel agents to promote Singapore as a safe and fun cruise destination.

Genting Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean International, which have resumed sailings in Singapore since November 2020, will also give insights on safe cruising protocols, innovative offerings as well as market trends observed from their successful restart in the Lion City.

Genting Cruise Lines will be represented by Dream Cruises president Michael Goh and vice president sales & marketing – India & South Asia Naresh Rawal, while Varun Chadha, CEO at Tirun Travel Marketing, will speak for Royal Caribbean International as the cruise line's India representative.

Expect to hear other hot topics such as Indian consumer preferences for cruising, post-Covid travel trends, plus areas of growth and further opportunities from agents Pradeep Saboo, chairman & managing partner at Guideline Travels; Rajeev Kale, president & country head-holidays, MICE, visa services at Thomas Cook India; and Sanjay Kothari, founder & managing director at Just Holidays.
