in its rooms with the " In-room fitness kit", which
includes weights, resistance bands, an exercise mat, a VCR
with fitness tapes, mineral water, dry & chilled
towels, an Evian atomiser, a headband, wristbands and
socks.
The butler will arrange for the $35 kit to be delivered
to your room for a private work out. And for the true
fitness freaks, the hotel will actually deliver an exercise
bike, treadmill, stair climbers or heart rate monitor to
your room.
Afterwards indulge in a "post work-out bath" of steaming
waters enhanced with ho-leaf oil and ginger essence.
Once you're feeling morally and physically superior from
your workout have some cookies. Award winning pastry chef
Eric Perez will send cookies and a warm energy shake to
complete the re-charging round.
