Rail operator European Sleeper is launching a sleeper train service between Brussels and the German city of Hamburg to enhance its new Paris-Brussels-Berlin route.
The Paris to Berlin (via Brussels) service will launch at the end of March. The service will run three times a week. From July a stop in Hamburg will be added to the service.
The crowd-funded operator offers four classes of travel, from a seat to an entire compartment.
European Sleeper says it offers “a unique way to travel through Europe while your sleep”.
The new Hamburg service will allow onward rail connections to Denmark, Sweden and Norway, “bringing Scandinavia closer than ever”.
In addition to the new services to Berlin, European Sleeper also plans an overnight service between Brussels and Milan (via Switzerland) from 18 June.
