Matt Luscombe will become Riviera Travel's group CEO, starting 1 January 2026.
He succeeds Phil Hullah, who will aid in the leadership transition, and stay involved in the business thereafter.
Luscombe most recently served as CEO of Freemans Event Partners. Prior, he was also CEO of Cycas Hospitality and CCO for Europe & North Africa at InterContinental Hotels Group.
The incoming group CEO noted that this is a “pivotal moment for the business as we continue to expand across all product lines…driving the next phase of Riviera’s growth and success”.
Riviera will continue to focus on North American growth under Luscombe's leadership.
