BWH Hotel Group has formally appointed Lawrence (Larry) M. Cuculic as
its new President and Chief Executive Officer, starting 1 December,
2021.
Cuculic comes from his former role as the group's Senior Vice
President and General Counsel for the past 12 years, and succeeds
outgoing chief David Kong, who will be retiring at the end of 2021.
Prior
to BWH, Cuculic served as Senior Vice President General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary for Wabash National Corporation; as Vice President
Legal and Corporate Secretary for American Commercial Lines, Inc.; and
was a partner in law firm Gambs, Mucker & Bauman.
Ishwar Naran, Board Chairman, BWH Hotel Group said, “Larry brings
tremendous experience from his prior roles, military background (with
the US Army) and longstanding position within our organisation. Larry is

approach will undoubtedly lead the company to even stronger financial

Of his appointment, Cuculic particularly highlighted "the great
privilege of working alongside David Kong and witnessing the remarkable
impact he has made on our company and the industry as a whole".
Kong has expressed similar positive words in passing "the reigns of BWH Hotel Group to my long-term colleague".

wide range of responsibilities, including our Central Reservations and
Contact Centers. He is conversant in many areas of our company and is
well liked and respected throughout the organisation," said Kong.
