Preferred unlocks 18 new doors worldwide

Preferred Hotels & Resorts has expanded its global portfolio with the addition of 18 new member hotels between 1 April and 30 June 2025.

In Asia, Amara Singapore joins the Lifestyle Collection following a transformation focused on heritage and sustainability. Himalayas Hotel Shanghai also enters the Lifestyle Collection, offering 412 rooms above the Shanghai Himalayas Center with direct access to the city’s commercial and cultural landmarks.

Europe saw the inclusion of several properties: Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery in Montalcino, Italy, and Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn in Austria, both part of the L.V.X. Collection, offer historic charm, natural hot springs, and wellness facilities. Additional Italian members include Cala del Porto Punta Ala, Savona 18 Suites, and Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort. The Editory Riverside Hotel in Lisbon joins the Lifestyle Collection, while EPIC SANA Algarve becomes part of the L.V.X. Collection.

In the United States, Preferred welcomes Green Pastures in Austin, Texas, opening in autumn 2025, and Keswick Hall in Virginia. The Charleston Place in South Carolina also joins the L.V.X. Collection.

Elsewhere, Kivotos Mykonos and Kivotos Santorini in Greece, Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Tenerife, Spain, and Poblado Plaza Hotel in Medellín, Colombia, have also joined the network. Rounding off the list is El Santuario Resort & Spa in Mexico and Cala Luna Hotel Boutique & Villas in Costa Rica.

Many of the new members participate in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards programme, which is currently offering 2,500 bonus points for eligible stays booked by 30 September 2025.
