Hyatt Hotels Corp. is the latest hospitality company to partner with
fitness brand Peloton, which is best known for its Peloton exercise
bike.
The collaboration will outfit more than 800 hotels with Peloton
equipment as well as provide access to Peloton's digital workout classes
on guestroom TVs at nearly 400 hotels.
Peloton Bikes will initially roll out across hotels in the U.S.,
Canada, U.K., Germany, Austria and Australia, with potential expansion
into additional markets.
Select Hyatt luxury and lifestyle hotels in the U.S. will offer the Peloton rowing machine.
World of Hyatt members will be able to earn points for qualifying
Peloton workouts at participating hotels. Select members will be
eligible for a free, 60-day Peloton app trial, special equipment offers
and other perks.
Hotels are a key area of focus for Peloton, with Marriott
International's Westin flag forging a partnership with the brand in
2017. Hilton partnered with Peloton in 2022.
