Marriott Hotels has expanded its footprint in Thailand with the opening of Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, located on Jomtien Beach along the country’s Eastern Seaboard.
The new resort is a short distance from the Gulf of Thailand and just minutes from central Pattaya. Guests have easy access to local attractions, with Bangkok only a two-hour drive away and three nearby international airports: U-Tapao (30 minutes), Suvarnabhumi (1.5 hours), and Don Mueang (2.5 hours).
“Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard has become one of Asia’s most attractive destinations,” said Brad Edman, Market Vice President – Thailand, Cambodia & Myanmar, Marriott International. “The introduction of Marriott Hotels to Pattaya will complement our Courtyard and Renaissance branded properties in this dynamic resort town.”
The 289-key resort features rooms ranging from 33-square metre deluxe rooms to 88-square metre premium suites, with modern amenities including rain showers and family-friendly layouts.
Dining options include six restaurants and bars, such as Goji Kitchen Grill & Bar, La Familiare, Siam Bakery, and two poolside bars. Facilities also include three swimming pools (with water slides and an infinity pool), a kids’ club, a 24-hour fitness centre, and Quan Spa with six treatment rooms.
For events, the property offers four flexible meeting rooms.
“Situated in a prime location, our resort offers an inviting escape and appeals to a diverse range of travellers,” said Michael Hogan, General Manager.
The resort is part of the Marriott Bonvoy programme and is offering a “Family Beach Break” package valid through 31 October 2025, which includes meals, kids’ activities and daily breakfast.
