The existing Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre will be redeveloped into The Hari Singapore, a 326-key luxury property set to open in spring 2027.
Formerly the Holiday Inn Park View, the iconic hotel on Cavenagh Road first opened its doors in 1985 and last went through a (US$18 million) refurbishment in 2009.
This Singapore outpost will mark the third hotel from The Hari brand, under Hong-Kong based Harilela Hotels.
British designer Tara Bernerd, who oversaw sister properties in London (2016) and Hong Kong (2020), will also take charge of the Singapore property.
When open, The Hari Singapore will offer a rooftop pool, dining and wellness options, and an executive lounge.
The Harilela Group, parent company of Harilela Hotels, owns 15 properties across Asia, China, Hong Kong, Europe and the US.
In Singapore, the group owns the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre – to be revamped as The Hari – as well as the Ambassador Transit Hotel at Changi Airport Terminal 2.
