Perched 65 floors above the streets of the Malaysian capital, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle neighbourhood — that’s where the Petronas Towers are — and right next to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Within the hotel are 209 rooms and suites, as well as serviced apartments for those looking for an extended stay in the city.
As if Kuala Lumpur’s skyline was not famous enough, it now has a brand new landmark in the form of the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Perched 65 floors above the streets of the Malaysian capital, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle neighbourhood — that’s where the Petronas Towers are — and right next to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Within the hotel are 209 rooms and suites, as well as serviced apartments for those looking for an extended stay in the city — and why wouldn’t you want to stick around for a few more days, considering the culinary offerings?
Acclaimed Four Seasons veteran and executive chef Junious Dickerson oversees the hotel’s culinary programme, with half a dozen restaurants and lounges under one roof. For example, there’s executive chef Jimmy Wong’s Yun House, which serves up Cantonese specialties, as well as Bar Trigona, with a vast collection of modern cocktails headed by award-winning bartender Ashish Sharma.
There is also something for meetings, special events and weddings. Hosts and planners will have 1,821 square metres of flexible event spaces to play with across two ballrooms and four meeting rooms — ideal for business events, seminars and workshops.
For General Manager Tom Roelens and his team of dedicated service specialists, it’s the end of one long journey of preparation and the start of a new one. “We look forward to the day when the hotel would be filled with people — international travellers in the city for business or leisure, local guests in our restaurants and spa, and the many residents who are becoming part of the extended Four Seasons family here in Kuala Lumpur.”
