Hyatt’s Bali hotels welcome a new manager

Jacobus “Jaco” Le Roux has been appointed as the new cluster general manager, of Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali, two of the brand’s flagship resorts on the island.

A native of Cape Town, Le Roux has spent more than 20 years with Hyatt, overseeing landmark properties across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region.

His career spans hotels such as Park Hyatt Moscow, Andaz London Liverpool Street and most recently, Grand Hyatt Goa, where he also served as area vice president overseeing 11 leisure hotels across India.

In Sanur, Le Roux will oversee the operations and strategy of 522 rooms, seven restaurants, nine meeting rooms and one wellness complex across both Hyatt resorts.
