Como Metropolitan Singapore has unveiled an integration of a science-backed sleep system into its 156 rooms and suites, coinciding with World Sleep Day on 13 March.
Developed by UK based Cambridge Sleep Sciences, SleepHub uses gentle low-frequency sound waves to guide the brain into natural slow-wave sleep, and wake feeling refreshed.
The system was chosen for its proven capability to offer guests meaningful improvements in sleep quality – from fewer nighttime awakenings and faster sleep onset to more consistent rest and greater morning alertness.
This move also complements the hotel’s broader wellness ecosystem which encompasses integrative health practices covering yoga, Pilates, fitness and food.
For guests wanting an extended state of rest, it’s also possible to book the Sleep Dreams package.
The two-night stay includes an online face-to-face sleep survey by The ENT, Voice, and Snoring Clinic, as well as a 60-minute Como Shambhala hyperbaric oxygen therapy session, heat therapy and signature Como Shambhala massage.
In room, apart from SleepHub technology, guests will receive a Como Shambhala Sleep Kit and Club21 Pajamas to aid in quality sleep.
