PERTH - Accor has planted another flag in Western Australia with the soon-to-open 431-room Novotel Perth Murray St, a project with the Fragrance Group.
The hotel is slated for a soft opening on December 19 in the heart of the Perth CBD. It is expected that the hotel will be fully operational by Q1 2020.
It will feature a 12th-floor fitness and spa facility including a pool, steam room, day spa and sauna, four bars and restaurants, four meeting rooms and a conference room for up to 120 people banquet style.
It will be Accor’s 13th hotel in Perth CBD and brings its total room count to over 2400 rooms and suites.
This will be the second hotel for Fragrance Group and Accor in Australia, following the Ibis Styles Hobart, which is the largest hotel in Tasmania.
Fragrance Group CEO, James Koh said, “We look forward to providing bigger and better-quality hotels across key cities in Australia for the ever-increasing number of visitors to the country.”
